– Laure Venet est votre personne ressource pour l’organisation de votre séjour lvenet@awty.org.
– Elle effectuera toutes les réservations pour les trois nuits du regroupement , du 23 au 26 avril, (sauf indication contraire sur le formulaire d’inscription)
– La facture de l’hôtel sera envoyée directement à la personne indiquée sur le formulaire d’inscription pour chaque école.
– Vous recevrez une confirmation de réservation après règlement ( mi-mars, envoyée par Laure) .

– Laure Venet is the point person between Mlf America and the hotel.
– Laure will make all reservations for three nights, April 23-26, unless indicated otherwise on the registration form or contacted directly at lvenet@awty.org.
– The hotel invoice will be sent directly to the person indicated on the registration form for each school.
– The hotel confirmation will be sent directly to you from Laure by mid-March.

-Lundi 24 avril, 8h30 CT – 16h30 CT ; dîner de groupe lundi soir –Mardi 25 avril, de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30
-Mercredi 26 avril Visite à AWTY International School ( Atelier et conclusion du regroupement)
Un déjeuner à emporter sera mis à disposition à l’hôtel Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria Hotel à notre retour d’AWTY.
– Le départ de l’hôtel est prévu à partir de 13h ( par vos propres moyens )

TIMING OF CONFERENCE DAYS AND ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE DETAILS
– There is no conference obligation on Sunday, April 23.
– Monday, April 24, 8:30am CT – 4:30pm CT; group dinner Monday evening
– Tuesday, April 25, 8:30am CT – 4:30pm CT
– Wednesday, April 26th @ The AWTY International School for a workshop and closing session
– Finishing with a Grab and Go lunch @ The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria Hotel
– Departure for the airport from the hotel on your own starting at 1pm
